Thank you for shopping with Shivaksh UV Print. We specialize in customized mobile covers and personalized gift items. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any customized or standard products once an order is placed and confirmed.
- Customers are requested to carefully check product specifications, model selection, and personalization details (e.g., photo, name, text) before placing the order.
2. Damage Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange/replacement for products that are damaged during delivery.
To qualify for a damage exchange:
- You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Once verified, a replacement product will be sent. No monetary refund will be issued.
3. No Exchange Will Be Provided For:
- Wrong product/model/design ordered by the customer
- Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screen resolution
- Delay caused by courier/logistics partner
- Missing or unclear unboxing video
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed and sent for printing.
- Since each item is personalized, we cannot accept requests to cancel or modify the order after confirmation.
